First of all, I would like to thank for giving me the opportunity to say a few words at this moment. In this occasion I will discuss about “The use calculators during physics test: Pro and Contra”.
We know that some students in the school like use calculators when they do math, chemistry and physics. Nowdays we can find calculators easily and the factory provides many models. In our handphone also there is calculator application. So using calculator during a physics test is necessary or not?
the positive point for this, student can work easier if they use calculator. Sometimes students will find the count difficult and they need calculator to count it. Calculators also will make them to do the test faster, so they have enough time to do the test.
On the other hand, using calculator may cause many negative effects for student. The students become dependent on the use of a calculator so that students become lazy to count manually. Besides that, using calculators hinder learners in discovering and understanding the concept of mathematical concepts. Use of calculators can indirectly deceive and numeric skills of students will decrease. Calculator can also prevent students to obtain one important benefit of learning math is to train and discipline the mind and promote logical reasoning.
So far, use calculator during the test is no problem if it so necessary. If the students find count difficult and if your teacher give you permission. But, don’t use it when you have a test.
POSITIVE POINTS:

In conclusion, for all these reasons we say that using calculators many positive and negative effects. When we use calculators are not too bad but we should not depend on the use of a calculator.
